Mental Health & Wellness Leadership Coaching Program

Program Overview

 

This Executive Coaching Program is designed specifically for men who carry the responsibilities of fathers, husbands, businessmen, and community leaders. It blends mental health and wellness coaching with executive leadership development, helping participants strengthen their emotional intelligence, cognitive agility, resilience, and work-life balance.

By using evidence-based coaching practices and executive standards, the program empowers leaders to lead effectively at home, in business, and in the community—while maintaining mental health and preventing burnout.

  • Developing Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Enhancing self-awareness, empathy, and relationship management.
  • Improving Cognitive Agility: Strengthening mental flexibility to adapt to rapid change.
  • Building Resilience: Cultivating stress management, recovery strategies, and long-term stamina.
  • Overcoming Mental Biases: Reducing decision-making blind spots through cognitive clarity.
  • Prioritizing Mental Wellness: Implementing sustainable practices for balance at work and home.

Program Structure

  • One-on-One or Group Coaching Sessions: Meet twice a month (in-person or virtual).
  • Weekly Executive Exercises: Applied strategies to reinforce learning.
  • Quarterly Progress Assessments: Leadership impact & personal wellness tracking.

Confidential Support: Trusted space for strategic and personal alignment. 

Duration Options:

  • 6-Month Program: Intensive leadership transformation.
  • 12-Month Program: Deep integration and long-term sustainability 

Weekly Executive Exercises

  • EQ: Daily self-reflection journal + weekly feedback loop with direct reports.
  • Cognitive Agility: Scenario-based decision-making drills.
  • Resilience Mindfulness: + 20-minute recovery practices, 3x/week.
  • Mental Bias: Weekly “Bias Check” worksheet applied to one major decision.
  • Wellness:  30-min physical activity + digital detox routine (1 day/week).
